Delete your Bokelle account

What is deleted

• •Your account and your sign-in — you will no longer be able to sign in.
• •Your name, your email address and your phone number.
• •Your bookings, past and upcoming. Any upcoming appointment is cancelled and the establishment is notified.
• •Your favourites and your secret word.

What is kept, and why

• •Reviews you wrote stay online, but are detached from you and shown as “Client”. Removing them would silently change the rating of every establishment you reviewed, which those establishments and other customers rely on.
• •Anything we are legally required to retain, such as accounting records for a paid listing, for as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

The account is deleted immediately when you confirm. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
